Even the NASCAR track in North Carolina is quiter than my house at Christmas!

NICE AND QUIET

Well, its new year's eve and the house is clean and quiet!!!! Remember my schedule for Saturday? That didn't go so well. The freakin invaders did not leave until AFTER dinner! (Chicken Holiday) Of course, Rick took a load of chicken when he left but God punished him for stealing. Dawn left the chicken at the hotel when they went home hahahahah. Dawn wanted to know when we were coming to Syracuse to see them. I figured Patrick's bachelor party would be a good time but only if it is in the summer!

I spent Sunday at St. Augustine's attending every Mass. I really did not have to do that but if I stayed home I would have had to help Mom clean up. When I got home the house was clean and quiet. I looked forward to a nice "nothing" night after the 5:00 PM Mass. That did not work out either! Freakin Colleen and Victor came over and wanted dinner!!!! What are we, LaFontana?

Today is beautiful. Colleen is working. No one is here. I just plan to watch the fish go back and forth in the tank. (the what?...the tank...You're welcome...lololol).

I might try to put another picture on this blog now but that might not work out either.

Home, Sweet Home

Well, we made it! Home again. We already miss little Miss Maeve and we can't wait to see all of our other children and grandchildren (mom made me say that). It seems fitting that they are invading...er...coming over on the weekend we celebrate the feast of the Holy Family. My plan is gifts from noon to 12:15, lunch from 12:16 until 12:56 and gone by 1:00 PM. I'll let you know how that worked out tomorrow.

Our Last Night

So...all that time we spent looking forward to meeting Maeve and now it is time to say goodbye. Our last day was very exciting. Kenyon and I went to the store, came home and had lunch. Mom and Erin went to the store, came home and we had dinner. Dinner was yummy, sushi. The wasabi got the better of me and I spent time doing the Aztec two step. Now we are just chilling and thinking about tomorrow's trip home. At least we got upgraded to first class!! We can't wait to see everybody on Saturday(Mom made me say that).



Kenyon and Erin spent time talking to me and Maeve and this is what happened!!!!

Special Night

Hey, guess what. Erin and Kenyon just went out to dinner and we are baby sitting. I bet they don't give us squat for watching Maeve.

Somebody Help Me

I am in Burlingame and Kenyon has gone to work. So far, I have watched 1 black woman and 1 white woman give birth, and watched one Indian and one American woman bring a kid home from the hospital and watched two couples (Unknown ethnicity) get married. All this while Erin and Mom are threatening to shower!!!
